3683693 - Cannot hide Employee rating from Manager in Competency section when using behaviors and EZ-rater

Symptom

In Latest Form Experience cannot hide Employee’s ratings from Manager in Competency section, when using rating option 3, enabled behaviors and EZ-rater.

Environment

SAP SuccessFactors Performance Management 2H 2025

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Enable Latest Performance Management
  2. Create a Performance Form template with a Competency section (where rating option is set to 3, enabled behaviors and section mode is set to EZ-Rater)
  3. Provide none permission for Manager to Employee rating int he section and to Other's Rating tab
  4. Launch a Performance Form and proxy as manager
  5. See that Employee ratings are still visible

Cause

This is a Known Issue.

Resolution

The fix for this issue is planned to be deployed with the patch 2H 2025 P6:

Nov 25 on Preview, Nov 27 on Production.

Workaround

In Performance Form template XML set section mode to "normal" instead of "EZ-Rater" or disable Latest Form Experience or disable behaviors for the Competency section.
