Symptom

Withdrawal reason is missing in instructor notification based on template SystemScheduleCancellationNotification.

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Ensure the “Schedule Cancellation Reason” token is included in the default “SystemScheduleCancellationNotification” notification template.
  2. Navigate to My Learning and register for a class.
  3. Withdraw the registration and select a reason for withdrawal.
  4. Verify the email received by the user; the withdrawal reason is displayed.
  5. Verify the email received by the instructor; the withdrawal reason is missing.

Cause

This is known issue already fixed.

Resolution

The fix for this issue has been finalized and will be delivered in the 2605 release.
