3683764 - SAP CPQ file upload size limit is 20 MB and cannot be increased

• Unable to increase the file upload size above 20 MB in CPQ quotes or setup.
• Attempts to add attachments larger than 20 MB are not permitted.

SAP CPQ

1. Open a CPQ quote or navigate to CPQ setup.
   
2. Attempt to upload or attach a file larger than 20 MB.
   
3. Observe that the upload is blocked due to the configured size constraint.

1. This is a product constraint: the CPQ file upload size limit is hardcoded at 20 MB and cannot be changed at the tenant level.
2. There is no configuration available to change this limit.
