3683778 - PDI is blocked after confirming putaway WT and can be unblocked by clicking on "Check" button

Symptom

For a PDI, after confirming putaway WT via RF device, the PDI is getting to "blocked" status. When checking the Validation tab in tcode /SCWM/PRDI, the error "Item was saved inconsistently, Message No. /SCDL/BO046" is found. If clicking on "Check" button, the PDI is turning to "unblocked" and can be saved without any error messages. 

Check the SLG1 logs via tcode SLG1, one of the following error messages can be found:
"Unit of measure &1 for weight does not exist, Message No. /SCDL/BO_VALIDATION014"
"Unit of measure &2 for volume does not exist, Message No. /SCDL/BO_VALIDATION015".
