Symptom

  • Users may experience slowness when navigating in SAC tenants
  • The issue affects any tenant hosted on Azure
  • The issue only affects users connecting to SAC over a VPN or proxy
  • In the HAR file, calls to the tenant will take around 10 seconds longer than normal, so there will be calls of around 10.2 or 10.5 seconds which normally would take .2 or .5 seconds.
