Theme Manager Shows Legacy Homepage (HP4) Preview After Enabling Latest Home Page Experience (HPX)

Reproducing the Issue

Enable the “Enable the latest Home Page experience” option in Company System and Logo Settings.

Go to Theme Manager
Legacy homepage preview is still displayed

Resolution

The behavior observed in Theme Manager is expected. The preview screen has not been enhanced to dynamically reflect changes between the Latest Home Page Experience (HPX) and the legacy homepage (HP4). As a result, the preview continues to display the legacy HP4 layout even after HPX is enabled. This has been confirmed by the Engineering Team.

We will update this KBA if any changes are included in a future release enhancement.
