Symptom
Unable to locate E-Verify point of contact details for the organization.
Environment
SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding
Cause
Resolution
To check and update the company's E-Verify Point of Contact (POC) information, send an email to SAP E-Verify Enrollment<everify.enrollment@sap.com>.
Include the following information in the email:
- Point of Contact name
- Email address
- Phone number
- Client ID (Client Company ID)
Locate the Client Company ID in Admin Settings > U.S. Compliance > E-Verify Settings. More details please read blog: 1H 2025 Onboarding: Enhancements to the E-Verify Further Action Notice process
