3683864 - Update and check E-Verify Point of Contact details - Onboarding

Symptom

Unable to locate E-Verify point of contact details for the organization.

Environment

SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding

Cause

Resolution

To check and update the company's E-Verify Point of Contact (POC) information, send an email to SAP E-Verify Enrollment<everify.enrollment@sap.com>. 

Include the following information in the email:

  • Point of Contact name
  • Email address
  • Phone number
  • Client ID (Client Company ID)
