3683878 - Click here button redirects to dashboard instead of new hire details in SAP SuccessFactors onboarding

• When attempting to initiate onboarding for a candidate in SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting, clicking the "click here" button does not redirect to the new hire details page.
• The button redirects the user to the dashboard instead of providing access to the expected candidate onboarding details and steps.

SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding

1. Log in to SAP SuccessFactors as a user with Recruiter or Onboarding permissions.
2. Navigate to Recruiting > Job Requisition.
3. Search for and open the job requisition.
4. In the candidate list, locate the candidate.
5. Confirm the candidate's status is in the Onboarding stage.
6. Locate and click the “Click here” link/button that is supposed to redirect to new hire details.
7. Observe the system behavior:

• The link/button redirects to the dashboard instead of opening the new hire details page.
