3683977 - Multiple 'ExportDeclarationSUITERequest_Out' XML messages sent from TM to GTS from same Freight order

Symptom

  • SAP Transportation Management (TM) sent multiple XML messages 'ExportDeclarationSUITERequest_Out' to the Global Trade Services (GTS) system for the same Freight Order which has two different incoterms instead of one.
  • After Post Goods Issue (PGI) in the Extended Warehouse Management (EWM) system, information is updated to the Freight Order in TM, triggering multiple XML message for customs declaration in GTS.
