In transaction SE03 after choosing path "Object Directory -> Change Object Directory Entries"
(this is equivalent to running report RSWBO052) and performing an object selection it is possible to enter the function code MASS in the OK-code field of SAPGUI. This triggers a single popup of possible field changes which will be applied to all of the objects selected.
