3684030 - Multiple links no longer working as expected on the RMK career site since release 2H2025 - Recruiting Marketing

• "My Profile" button on the career site is unresponsive.
• Clicking "Apply Now" on any job redirects back to the home page.
• Header dropdown menu - clicking should expand to show list of links to other pages but nothing happens

SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Marketing

1. Navigate to the career site using the provided URL.
2. Click on the "My Profile" button.
3. Observe that no action occurs.
4. Select any job listing and click "Apply Now".
5. Observe that the page redirects back to the job search page.
6. Attempt to expand a header menu. Nothing happens

Improper carriage return in the Social Links section of CSB XML (related symptom: The label inside the CSB UI shows as "Link Link" rather than the name of the particular Social Network)

A code fix was already deployed with P6. (See the following page for the Patch schedules)
The issue is no longer occurring.
