3684058 - Talent Flag Data (RiskOfLoss, ImpactOfLoss, etc) missing in Calibration export for some users

Symptom

  • Talent Data Flags, such as "Risk of Loss" and "Impact of Loss" is not visible in the Calibration export.

Environment

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Log in to the system using the user's credentials.
  2. Navigate to Calibration sessions.
  3. Select a session and export the data to Excel.
  4. Observe that talent flag data is missing in the exported file.
  5. Proxy as another user with different locale and repeat the export process.
  6. Observe that the Talent Flag Data is visible in the exported file.

Cause

  • The system has not set up translations for "Risk of Loss" and "Impact of Loss" Option ID for Position labels in the user's language locale. This is to be configured in the "Matrix grid report icon configuration" tool.

Resolution

  1. Navigate to Admin Center.
  2. Access the "Matrix grid report icon configuration" tool.
  3. Add labels for "RiskOfLoss" and "ImpactOfLoss" Option ID for Position labels in the language.
  4. Save the changes.
  5. Test the Calibration export functionality to ensure Talent Flag Data is now visible in the exported file.
