3684113 - The /CEECV/ROFI10 report: how to extend the number of columns up to 61

Symptom

For the /CEECV/ROFI10 report (program RFUMSV00 for Romanian Company Codes and Romanian localization), it's not possible to maintain more than 21 fields (columns) in the tables /CEECV/ROFIRFUMS and /CEECV/ROFIRFUMD.
