3684187 - 2H2025 LMS search by category doesn't work - Unable to Load Data

Symptom

Users are not able to search for courses by Category after b2511 upgrade when the category includes special characters like "&".

While checking the network traces logs, the log show the error:

{"error":{"code":"InternalError","message":"Invalid brackets."}}
