3684203 - Pre Onboarding Rehire Template triggering multiple times - Onboarding

Symptom

When the candidate lands in employment profile selection, Pre Onboarding Rehire template trigger multiple times to recipients.

Environment

SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding.

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Initiate a candidate from Recruiting;
  2. Candidate lands in Employment Profile Selection;
  3. Email is triggered multiple times in Email Services.

Cause

Recipient builder is different than the standard template. 

Resolution

As per current system design, this is expected. For the Pre-Onboarding Rehire Template, it is required to use the "Onboarding User ID Recipients Builder" only, otherwise, the email will be triggered multiple times.
