3684239 - External IDs of ERP Materials in V1 is migrated to Material Unformatted ID of V2 instead of Material ID

External IDs of ERP Materials in V1 are migrated to Product (Material Unformatted ID) of V2 instead of Product (Material ID).

• SAP Sales Cloud and SAP Service Cloud Version 2 integration with ERP.
• SAP Sales Cloud and SAP Service Cloud Version 2 integration with S/4HANA.

In SSCv2,

1. Go to "Settings".
2. Go to "All Settings" tab.
3. Under Integration tab, go to "External ID Mapping"
4. Filter by:
   • Mapping Of: Product (Material Unformatted ID)
   • ID: XXXXX
   • Communication System ID: YYYYY
5. Check that the External ID is filled out
6. But if this value is not available on the product: (search by Product -> ID: XXXXX and observe that the external ID is empty.

Product (Material Unformatted ID) is the value used on for replication proposes. 

To fix it you must replicate theses values again from ERP/ S/4HANA system and the the external ID for Product (Material ID) will be filled out.
