3684251 - Oracle errors during CREATE DATABASE execution in SWPM system copy.

Symptom

During SWPM-based system copy / database refresh, the import phase fails during CREATE DATABASE.
The following error messages are reported in SAPinst logs and SQLPLUS output:

  • ORA-00603: ORACLE server session terminated by fatal error
  • ORA-01092: ORACLE instance terminated. Disconnection forced
  • ORA-01501: CREATE DATABASE failed
  • ORA-01519: error while processing file '<ORACLE_HOME>\RDBMS\ADMIN\dtxnspc.bsq' near line 6
  • ORA-00604: error occurred at recursive SQL level 1
  • ORA-30012: undo tablespace 'PSAPUNDO2' does not exist or of wrong type

Oracle instance aborts immediately after startup of the CREATE DATABASE command.
