Symptom

The Generate Intercompany Billing Request app does not allow the inclusion of all required Intercompany Sales Documents (Sales Orders SO03) when scheduling a job.

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Open the Generate Intercompany Billing Request app.
  2. Create a new job.
  3. Select the value help under Intercompany Sales Document.
  4. Search for Sales Document Type SO03.

Cause

A search view is being used that does not consider all Sales Orders.

Resolution

  1. Use a different search view in the search help, such as "Sales Documents by Material Number".
  2. Test the updated search view to confirm visibility of all required entries.
