3684333 - CPM Feedback request comment box not editable when opened with To-do card after 2H25 Release

Symptom

When feedback request is opened via To-Do section, the comment field is not editable. 

NOTE: Issue usually appears after To-Do section is closed and reopened. Issue can also appear in For You Today section > Feedback Request card. 

Environment

SAP SuccessFactors Continuous Performance Management 2H 2025

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Open To-Do item
  2. Open Feedback request card
  3. Click on View Request
  4. Try to enter any comments. Comment box is not editable. 

Cause

This is a Known Issue.

Resolution

Product Engineering is investigating a solution.

Workaround

  • Open feedback request via Tile
  • Refresh page
