Symptom

The due date of the 'Complete Form I-9 Section 2' task after the candidate presented a receipt is calculated using 90 business days instead of 90 calendar days.

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Log into SAP SuccessFactors.
  2. Navigate to the affected onboardee's profile.
  3. Access the onboarding details for the onboardee.
  4. Observe the due date of the 'Complete Form I-9 Section 2' task, which is calculated as 90 business days from the hire date.

Cause

The system is designed to calculate the due date of the task based on working days.

Resolution

The system is working as designed. After the candidate presents a receipt document, the system calculates the 'Complete Form I-9 Section 2' task due date using 90 business days instead of 90 calendar days.
