SAP SuccessFactors Succession Management

1. Navigate to Succession >>succession org chart >>select any position
2. Open position card >> observe the 'Named Successors' section , readiness label is displayed.
3. Click on add successor >>select any employee
4. Observe the order of readiness values.

The order of readiness dropdown values displayed is determined by the score assigned to each value, with higher scores displayed first. 

Score of the readiness rating scale refers to how high/low this Readiness will appear when being picked. Highest score is displayed first and the display order is from the highest score to the lowest score.The 'Named Successors' section displays the highest score readiness label,indicating the most ready successors.
