Resolution
The Engineering team has determined that the issue is related to the third-party PDF reader being used and not to our product.
Unfortunately, we’re unable to provide support for third-party applications.
For the best accessibility experience, the Engineering team recommends using a dedicated screen reader such as JAWS or NVDA. When working with PDFs, it’s important to use a reader that fully supports PDF tags to ensure documents are read in the correct order. Adobe Reader is a good option for this purpose.
To achieve optimal results, we suggest downloading the document and opening it directly in a PDF reader that supports accessibility features.
