Symptom
- Even after adding the customer’s company to the SuccessFactors app authentication method (KBA 2577716), users continue to receive the following error when attempting to log in: ‘We couldn’t log you in. Please contact your system administrator. Error: Invalid Login.'
- Users are unable to log in to the mobile app using company ID or company name if there is an active session in a web browser.
- Logging out of the mobile app doesn’t actually end the web session, so users can’t log in from a web browser on another device.
- Users can log in to the mobile app using QR code or email, which does not involve a browser session.
- After a few minutes, the user will be able to log in to the instance either through the mobile app or a web browser.
