3684440 - Unable to change product group in bulk using mass change of sales orders app - SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition

Symptom

The Import Sales Orders (F4293) app allows uploading the Product Group field, whereas the Mass Change of Sales Orders (F5211) app does not support changing the Product Group field in bulk.

Environment

SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Open the Mass Change of Sales Orders (F5211) app.
  2. Attempt to change the Product Group field.
  3. Observe that the field cannot be changed in bulk. 

Cause

The current system design does not support changing the Product Group field in bulk using the Mass Change of Sales Orders app.

Resolution

To enable the Product Group field in the Mass Change of Sales Orders app, submit a feature request via the Customer Influence Portal.
