Symptom

  • The CI-DS process that uploads master data fails
  • The error encountered is: "Batch XXXXXXXX can't run in parallel with any batches affecting YYYYYYYYYY".
  • The batch ID XXXXXXXX is scheduled to run at the next available opportunity.
  • Deadlocks occur while processing master data, resulting in process abortion.
