3684464 - Scheduling report to more than 100 receipts will fail with error "TCP receive failed"

• After upgrading SAP BusinessObjects Business Intelligence platform from version 4.2 to 4.3 SP3, scheduled jobs complete successfully but emails are not received intermittently.
• When the job involves more than 100 users, emails are not received, whereas jobs involving fewer than 40 users are successfully delivered.
• The error message is "Exception while sending message to SMTP server: Error sending address(es) to SMTP server. Return code: [TCP receive failed.]."
