Symptom
- Inquiry regarding the possibility of creating a manual E-Verify task for an employee who does not exist in the Onboarding 2.0 (ONB2) module but exists in Employee Central (EC).
Environment
SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding
Cause
- For new employees that were hired outside of the Onboarding process for SAP SuccessFactors.
- For new hires whose Form I-9 was completed outside of the Onboarding process in SAP SuccessFactors.
- For remote employees.
- For existing employees who must be authorized as a result of a federal contract that includes the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) clause.
Resolution
Pre-requisite: Please ensure that the required permissions to create a new E-Verify case are assigned. You may refer to the below KBA for detailed permission requirements:
