Symptom

  • In a sales document, a condition type with Condition Class B-Prices can be manually entered for multiple times and these price lines are all active.
  • The expected behavior is when the condition type is manually entered for multiple times, only the latest one will remain active and the others will become inactive. 

Environment

SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Creating a sales document and navigating to item level.
  2. Manually entering a condition type for multiple times and observing the active status of these price lines.

Cause

The condition type is set as statistics in the pricing procedure.

Resolution

Set the condition type as Non-Statistics in the pricing procedure via the configuration activity: "Set Pricing Procedures".
