Custom labels configured via 'Manage Languages' are not appearing on the career site (Reimaged Candidate Experience) after 24 hours.

Reproducing the Issue
- Navigate to 'Manage Languages' and add custom translations for the Reimaged Candidate Experience UI.
- Wait for 24 hours and observe that the custom labels are not displayed on the career site.
Cause
This is a Known Issue.
Resolution
Product Engineering is investigating a solution.
