• When executing the Consistency Checks job in the "Schedule Credit Management Jobs" app, the following error appears in the log: "Rule SAP_ALL has no case type assigned. The rule is used 2 times.".
• Not able to find a configuration step in SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition to assign a case type to the rule SAP_ALL.

SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition

1. Access the app "Schedule Credit Management Jobs".
2. Schedule the job "Consistency Checks".
3. Observe the error message: "Rule SAP_ALL has no case type assigned. The rule is used 2 times."

• The rule SAP_ALL case type assignment is in scope item 1QM.
• Scope item 1QM is only in scope of solutions BP_CLD_ENTPR_S4CLD2502_AUV33 & BP_CLD_ENTPR_S4CLD2502_NZV33. 
• Both solutions are not yet activated, resulting in the missing configuration for the rule SAP_ALL case type assignment.

• Request activation of scope item 1QM in SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition.
• This will deliver the missing configuration and assign the required case type to the SAP_ALL rule.
