Symptom

The "Requested By" and "Requested For" user search fields do not support external onboarding users in Diagnostic Tool.

Environment

SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central - Workflows

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Create an object for Diagnostic trace in Manage Data.
  2. Complete the onboarding process for a user.
  3. Attempt to search for the external onboarding user in "Requested For" and "Requested By" section by entering the user's name.
  4. Observe that the user is not found in the search results.

Resolution

Product Engineering team confirmed that they are still working on enhancing to support external Onboarding users. We don't have any commitment on when it will be implemented.
