 'Changes pending. You must save your changes in order to keep them.' warning is displaying after saving the template

1. Go to Manage templates and open a template
2. Insert a image ( via Drag and drop or Public Content Links ) and click save
3. Modify any section, and click save again.
4. The data is saved and the warning is displaying.
   'Changes pending. You must save your changes in order to keep them.' 

This is a Known Issue.

The fix for this issue is planned to be deployed on 1H 2026 release.

Workaround

The data is saved in the system. You could ignore the warning.
Or you could choose to upload the image to sever and use the server link.
