3684579 - Month/year-end closing for Romania generates "You are not authorized to use transaction FS00" error message

A batch input generated in the Run Month/Year End Postings - Romania application causes an error message when executed in the My Batch Input Sessions application: "You are not authorized to use transaction FS00" (Message no. 00172).

1. Run the Run Month/Year End Postings - Romania (/CEECV/ROFI07) application.
2. Enter parameters and generate a batch input.
3. Run the My Batch Input Sessions (SM35SM) application.
4. Process the batch input created at step 2.
5. The following error occurs: "You are not authorized to use transaction FS00" (Message no. 00172).

The message "You are not authorized to use transaction FS00" typically indicates that some of the G/L accounts involved in the month/year-end posting process have the "Automatic posting" option enabled.

There are two alternatives to address the issue:

1) Alternative #1. To change the ''Automatic posting'' flag for such accounts before running this report.

2) Alternative # 2. Do NOT use the Run Month/Year End Postings - Romania (/CEECV/ROFI07) application. Use the Analyze Year End Postings - Romania (/CEECV/ROFI03) application instead.
