Symptom

  • Error message displayed: "No user exists with SNC name 'p:SECURE LOGIN ENCRYPTION ONLY MODE'".
  • Issue occurred during using SNC for Single Sign-On (SSO) configured for X.509 certificates.
  • The Secure Login Client trace shows one of the following:

Server accepts:
Kerberos:                                  No
X.509:                                       Yes
Encryption only:                         Yes

Client configuration allows:
Kerberos:                                  Yes/No
X.509:                                       No
Encryption only mode:             Yes
