3684599 - Character limit count does not display for custom textarea field in latest form

In the latest performance management form, the character count is not displayed for custom text area elements.

SAP SuccessFactors Performance Management

1. Latest form experience is enabled.
2. Launch a form with custom textarea fields setting as required field.
3. Input characters in the custom textarea field.
4. The inputted characters are reaching the configured limit, but the character count is not displayed.

This is a Known Issue.

Disable latest form experience in performance management feature setting.
