3684622 - In a Japanese environment, the installer cannot set the default ports for Cockpit RMI/TDS - SAP IQ

Symptom

  • When installing the SAP IQ 16.2 Server, it is not possible to specify a port number for the Cockpit RMI/TDS port.

    ex: Port number '4282' is already assigned to server "Embedded Web Container Service for HTTP" in Unified Agent or SAP/Sybase Control Center. 

  • SAP IQ Cockpit installation in a part of IQ installation cannot use the 4992,4993,4282,4283 default port number.
