3684654 - Identity Authentication Service (IAS) for Agency Users activation initiates SAP Customer Data Cloud activation - Recruiting Management

After following the configuration steps to activate SF release item "Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) using Identity Authentication Service (IAS) for Agency Users", after pressing the Enable button for "Identity Authentication Service (IAS) for Agency Users" in Manage Recruiting Settings receiving an e-mail for initiation of "SAP Customer Data Cloud for External Candidates" stating:

"Hello,

Customer Data Cloud Configuration Sync and Data Migration for enablement has been completed successfully. You can now enable SAP Customer Data Cloud to authenticate external candidates."

SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Management

1. Login to instance and go to Manage Recruiting settings and search for “Identity Authentication Service (IAS) for Agency Users” and enable it.
2. Receive an email for the “Career Site with SAP Customer Data Cloud for External Candidates” initiation, which is different functionality instead of which was enabled.
3. And so, the enable button for Identity Authentication Service (IAS) for Agency Users remains as it is and does not grey out.
4. But the initiation of the "SAP Customer Data Cloud for External Candidates" takes place and the initialize button remains grey out.
