3684663 - performance degradation in sac story view and edit modes after qrc4

• Very slow performance when opening a simple story in both View and Edit modes.
• Issue began occurring after QRC4 update.
• A Chart with a Variance is present in the story.
• The performance issue does not occur if the Variance is removed from the Chart.
• Error visible in the info panel.

1. Log in to SAP Analytics Cloud
2. Access the story.
3. Observe the slow performance when attempting to display the story.
