3684801 - Assignment and display of Concurrent License type is not working in the new users interface after the Q4 QRC 2025 update in SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC)

• The following behavior occurs in SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) in the new users interface after the Q4 QRC update:
  • No longer possible to assign the Concurrent Session license type to new or existing users. 
  • Concurrent licenses are not visible in the licenses column in the users menu.
• Switching to the old Users Menu these problems are not reproducible.

• SAP Analytics Cloud 2025.21.1

1. Logon to SAP Analytics Cloud.
2. Go to the users menu.
3. Notice that
   1. the license for users with concurrent license are not displayed.
   2. concurrent license cannot be selected when editing / creating users.

The issue is caused by a defect in the product.

• The issue is fixed in Q1 2026 of SAP Analytics Cloud.
• Please refer to maintenance document.
