Unable to select or alter existing information in the body text of email template in SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding.

SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding

1. Access the SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding module.
2. Navigate to email template in the onboarding section.
3. Attempt to edit the existing body text details of the email template.
4. Observe that the existing information cannot be selected or altered, and only new information can be added at the end of the body text.

1. Select all the content in the email body of the furnish equipment template.
2. Copy the selected content and paste it into a Notepad file.
3. Copy the content from the Notepad file and paste it back into the email template.
4. Verify if the information in the email template becomes editable.
5. Check if tokens need to be re-inserted using the "Insert Token" button.
