Symptom

  • Onboarding tasks are not created after accepting a candidate as Rehire on Old Employment (ROOE).
  • Exception message observed in BPE Monitor
  • Backend logs show the following error: "Caller run failed with internal exception caused by com.successfactors.maestro.ProcessEngineException: Error while executing SCA command [com.successfactors.onboarding2.service.externalUser.ONB2UpdateUserStatus]".
  • User [userid] is not external user
