3685007 - View Roster functionality is missing under class actions menu

The "View Roster" functionality is unavailable under the Actions menu for classes in SAP SuccessFactors Learning Management System. 

SAP SuccessFactors Learning

1. Access Learning Administration.
2. Navigate to 'Learning Activities' -> Classes -> Search for any classes and open the record.
3. Click on the 'Action' menu.
4. Observe that the "View Roster" feature is not displayed.

• The permission "Run Class Roster Report" may be unavailable or linked with the incorrect entity under reports within Permisison Restriction tab of the role.
• The issue may also arise due to an imported custom report in the Learning Management System, which created the permission "Run Class Roster Report" with an incorrect workflow. 

Ensure the permission `Run Class Roster Report` is available and correctly linked with the entity "Class" under the reports section in the Permission Restriction tab of the role. 

• Validate this by accessing Learning Administration, navigating to System Administration -> Security -> Role Management-> Search for the role assigned to your admin-> Open the role in view or edit mode-> Click the 'Permission Restriction' tab-> Expanding the 'Reports' permission-> Confirm the permission `Run Class Roster Report` is available with Function as 'Report' and Entity as "Class". 

If the permission `Run Class Roster Report` is linked with an incorrect entity such as "User" or any other, correct it by following these steps: 

1. Check if any custom report is imported under "Class Roster (Instructor)
2. If so, Unpublish the custom report.
3. Reimport the standard 'Class Roster' report, ensuring that the workflow security permissions are correctly configured with the entity set to "Class" for the permission `Run Class Roster Report`

After completing these steps, the "View Roster" option should appear under the action menu for classes.

Note: The "View Roster" action for classes requires the permission `Run Class Roster Report`. This permission is typically associated with the standard "Class Roster" report. However, when the custom report gets imported, this permission may wrongly get selected with the entity set to User, instead of Class.
