• Data Point Comments are not copied with Model copy in SAP Analytics Cloud

• SAP Analytics Cloud 2025.14.17 

1. Login SAC.
2. Based on a model to create a story.
3. Add a new table to the story.
   Check Allow data point comments.
4. Select a Account Measure and then click Add client calculation.
5. Click Comment and then click Repeating.
6. Save the story.
7. Copy the model.
8. Follow the steps 3~5 to create a same table based on model created in step 7, notice that there is no comments at all.

• Currently comments will be NOT be copied over to the new model when copying model.
• This is a designed behavior. 

It is possible to submit an enhancement request for this function to help us improve the product.
