Symptom

  • The user is missing from the SAP SuccessFactors Platform despite no purge process being initiated.
  • The user is visible in LMS but cannot be found in the UDF or the "Table_USERS_SYSINFO" using the Data Inspector.
  • Performance and VarPay forms belonging to user have been mistakenly assigned to another user
  • Upsert/Import took place for the user
