Symptom

  • The "Updated By" attribute in the case view displays values as "[System User]" for auto-rejected cases.
  • Attempts to query or filter using 'updatedBy', 'user' fail.
  • The "[System User]" does not appear as a value in the "Updated By" search criteria.
  • Error messages indicate that "[System User]" is a user object, but clarification is needed on how to reference it in queries and the Find Cases UI.
