3685040 - Quantity in PR is not converted based on base unit of measure - SAP ERP & SAP S/4 HANA

Symptom

When create material PR, if maintain unit that is not base unit, system will reset the unit to base unit from material master data. However, the system does not update the PR quantity accordingly.
