Symptom

  • Issues with PDF generation via Adobe Document Services On-Premise/Forms Service by Adobe(ADS on BTP) environment.
  • PDFs generated by ADS are significantly larger than expected.
  • Embedded fonts are not listed in PDF document properties, indicating font embedding is not functioning correctly.
