3685076 - Cannot Edit Case in SAP Sales cloud Mobile App

Symptom

Edition of existing case is not supported in the SAP Sales cloud mobile app.

Environment

SAP Sales Cloud Version 2

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Login to SAP Sales cloud mobile app.
  2. Open Menu and go to cases.
  3. Open any case.
  4. Go to case details.
  5. Edit button is not available.

Cause

Resolution

Currently, the SAP Sales cloud mobile app does not support the function to edit existing cases. Only the creation of new cases is supported.
