3685088 - Users with Create Private Files permission can save files outside personal folder in SAP Analytics Cloud

• Users granted the Create "Private Files" permission are able to save files outside their personal folder.

• SAP Analytics Cloud 

1. Log in to SAP Analytics Cloud.
2. Grant a user the "Create Private Files" permission.
3. Log in with the user account that has the Create  "Private Files" permission.
4. Create a story and attempt to save it.
5. Observe that the user is able to select folders other than their personal folder for saving the story.

• The symptom is by design.

• Users could save private file to personal folder or folder which shared with the user 'Create files' permission.
• User will encounter an error message when attempting to save files to folders that are not shared 'Create files' permission with them: "We could not save the file, because you do not have 'Create files' permission for this folder."
