Symptom
We have set the weights for the Objectives 70%, Core Values 10% and Competencies sections as 20%. The 70% for the Objectives section is locked and cannot be changed, while the weights of the other two sections are editable.
However, when we adjust the weights for the Core Values or Competencies sections, the overall form score calculation only accounts for 30%, and the 70% from the Objectives section is not included in the total score calculation.

When one section weight is locked (Objectives – 70%) and the other section weights (Core Values 10%, Competencies 20%) are editable, it does NOT auto-recalculate the total weight back to 100% when users change the editable weights.

Locked weight = 70%

Editable weight = 30% (10% + 20%)
When users modify Core Values or Competencies, the system recalculates scores only within that 30% block, treating it as the total adjustable weight.
Because, A locked section weight becomes fixed at the template level. Editable weights apply only within the remaining section.
THIS IS SYSTEM DESIGN.
Editable section weights only recalculate the portion that is editable and do not include the locked section weight (70%) in the recalculation.
